Tip: Use Sproud Barista for an even creamier porridge!
Ingredients
3/4 cup (2 dl) rolled oats
1 1/4 cup (3 dl) Sproud Unsweetened – then more as needed
1/4 tsp cardamom, ground
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
Caramelised banana:
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp agave syrup
Topping:
Peanut butter
Agave syrup
Steps
1. Bring oatmeal, Sproud, cardamom and vanilla to a boil. Then let it simmer on low heat while stirring occasionally. Add more Sproud if it gets too dry. Cook until the oats are soft and a creamy porridge is formed
2. Slice the banana, heat up a frying pan with coconut oil and agave syrup. Fry banana coins on medium heat until golden
3. Serve the porridge in a bowl with banana, peanut butter and agave syrup on top!
