Delivery Costs
- Free shipping is available on all orders over £20.
- For orders under £20, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
- We ship and deliver orders Monday to Friday via FedEx.
- Orders placed before 13:00 on a business day are typically processed and dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
- Orders placed after 13:00 will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.

Order Cancellations

As we work with a fulfilment partner and aim to dispatch orders quickly, it may not always be possible to stop an order once it has been processed.
If your order has already been dispatched, we unfortunately won’t be able to cancel it.
