Ingredients (1 serving)
1 cup (2 dl) flour
0.2 tsp salt
1 tsp bakingpowder
1 tsp bicarbonate
1 cup (2 dl) Sproud Unsweetened
1 egg
Steps
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the milk and egg and whisk together until smooth batter. The batter should be quite thick.
- Heat up the frying pan with some butter. Drop small pancakes into the pan, approximately 1 tsp per pancake, and fry until they get a little color on both sides.
- Put in a bowl with some Sproud Unsweetened.
