Best plant milk for me as I manage type 2 diabetes with diet. This milk has no carbs and sugars & least fat &additives compared to all other commercially produced plant milk. I especially like that it doesn't have a taste and has a smooth mouth feel. Thankyou Sproud

This milk tastes better than oat, is better for you, high in protein. Very good price, you can get it delivered every month. I love it!

Going 6+ years as my favourite milk.

Over 6 years of buying Sproud, I’ve tried all the milk alternatives you can think of, cheese was the last thing to go in my quest to ditch dairy and stop supporting the industry but the biggest barrier I thought would be milk.

But I found Sproud, and the unsweetened tasted great in tea and nothing like the multitude of oat milks due to its yellow split pea source; that came with the added benefit of its own protein.

Sproud came through compared to all of the competition and will hopefully always be the milk for me.

I’m also now using the new matcha flavoured Sproud in my green tea blends for creamy, matcha hit.

Delivery has been exceptional buying it direct, and hopefully my local Sainsbury’s start stocking it soon after buying it from Waitrose for years.

Joaquin Phoenix’s speech at the Oscar’s in Feb 2020 convinced me to finally give up dairy entirely but I was well on my way thanks to Sproud.
