VEGAN BANANA PANCAKES

In the blender and hot pan. 1 serving

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/2dl Sproud Original Drink
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 1/2dl flour (of your choice)
  • 1/4 tbsp vanilla bean powder

STEPS

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Turn on the power.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan to medium heat.
  6. Add 1/2dl batter and cook until bubbles appear.
  7. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  9. Serve.
  10. Vegan banana pancakes powered by peas.
