Tip: You can replace the water with Sproud for an even creamier pasta.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 dl water
- 3 dl Sproud Original
- 200g crushed tomatoes
- 1 dl sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 150g penne pasta
- 1/2 can of white beans
- 1-2 dl Sproud Original
- Baby spinach
STEP BY STEP
- Start by frying the minced garlic in a splash of oil.
- Add water, 3dl sproud, crushed tomatoes, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, salt, chili flakes and pasta. Cook for 10 minutes without a lid.
- Then add the drained beans, more Sproud and baby spinach. Simmer for some more minutes. Add more Sproud if you want more sauce.
- Top with nutritional yeast or oregano.
