Tip: If you are using medjool dates, use 2 instead of 4 since they are bigger.
- 2 1/2 dl Sproud Milk
- 1 banana
- 4 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth, add more Sproud if you prefer a runny smoothie.
Serve in whatever you want and enjoy!
