Tip: You can replace the peanut butter for almond or cashew butter as well
INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 3 dl rolled oats
- 1/2 dl peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Sproud Chocolate Protein
STEP BY STEP
1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Add the banana to a bowl and mash with a fork
3. Now add rest of the ingredients and combine
4. Form into 6 balls and place on a parchment paper then use your hands to flatten out into cookies
5. Bake for 8 minutes then flip the cookies and bake for another 8 minutes
6. Store in your fridge or freezer!
