Tip: Add more banana or try add dates for extra sweetness.
- 1 1/2 dl frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 dl frozen raspberries
- 1/2 banana
- 2 dl Sproud Original
- 1 tbsp Sproud Pre workout

1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until smooth
2. Serve in a glass or a to-go jar!
