Ingredients (4 servings)
- 300g pasta of choice
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup (1.2 dl) sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 can small white beans
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 2 1/2 cup (6 dl) Sproud Unsweetened
- 2 1/2 cup (6 dl) vegetable broth
Instructions
- Slice the sun-dried tomatoes and add to a big deeper pan together with minced garlic and a splash of the sun-dried tomato oil. Sauté on medium heat until the garlic is golden
- Now add rest of the ingredients, bring to a simmer and let simmer for about 12-15 minutes or until the pasta is done. You need to stir once in a while. If you find it too dry, just add more Sproud Unsweetened
- Now serve with basil on top!
