INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml water
- 200 ml Sproud
- 1 tsp matcha
- Honey
STEP BY STEP
1. Boil the water.
2. In a separate pot, heat Sproud without bringing it to a boil.
3. Add the matcha powder to the water and whisk the mixture until lump-free and slightly bubbly. Whisk the Sproud until frothy and add it to the matcha. Season with honey.
