Rabarber compote
- 2 rhubarb stalks
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 50 ml water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Frozen smoothie
- 200 ml Sproud
- 1 frozen banana
- 0,5 tsp cardamom
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
For serving
- Sliced banana
- Roasted seeds or granola
STEP BY STEP
1. Cut the rhubarb in small pieces and put in a pot with the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil and let boil at a low heat for a couple of minutes. Let it cool.
2. Mix the smoothie ingredients. Layer the smoothie with the rhubarb compote and top with granola or seeds.
