CREAMY SUNSHINE PORRIDGE

Ingredients (2 servings)  

  • 1/2 cup buckwheat groats (dry) 
  • 1/4 cup almonds, raw 
  • 1/2 orange + zest 
  • 1/3 cup dates 
  • 1/4 cup Sproud Unsweetened 
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric, ground 

Instructions  

- Soak the buckwheat and almonds in cold water overnight 

- The next morning, add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and mix until smooth 

- Serve in a bowl with your favorite toppings!
