Ingredients (2 servings)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup Sproud Chocolate
Toppings
- Banana
- Tahini
- Hemp seeds
Steps
- Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until you have a smooth batter, let it sit and thicken up
for 5 minutes - Cook 1/4 cup batter at a time in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Flip the pancake when it has stopped bubbling and it has solidified a little on the top
- Cook for one more minute on the other side. Continue until the batter is gone
- Serve with any topping or as the suggestion above!
