CHOCOLATE PANCAKES

Ingredients (2 servings)

Toppings

  • Banana
  • Tahini
  • Hemp seeds

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until you have a smooth batter, let it sit and thicken up
    for 5 minutes
  2. Cook 1/4 cup batter at a time in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Flip the pancake when it has stopped bubbling and it has solidified a little on the top
  3. Cook for one more minute on the other side. Continue until the batter is gone
  4. Serve with any topping or as the suggestion above!
