Tip: You can skip the ground flax seeds and replace with chia seeds
INGREDIENTS
- 2 frozen bananas (chopped)
- 2 dl Sproud Barista
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp Sproud Vanilla Protein
- 1/4 tsp ginger, ground
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1/8 tsp cloves, ground
STEP BY STEP
1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until smooth and frothy
2. Serve in a glass and enjoy!
